It is without a doubt frustrating to say the least in trying to call any of the stores e.g. Manukau, Sylvia Park, Papatoetoe and the list goes on.
If employers advertise a job in retail and ask that the candidate give the best customer service experience then this is top of the line supreme customer service - not answering a phone that continuously rings.
Bottom line is, if you can't answer your phone then don't have one and find better solutions to your ongoing problems.

Why this take so long to deliver my sandals!!!! I’m really mad I CANT GIVE 0 STAR SO I GIVE ONE!!!!!😡😡 I’m going to aims tommorow and I need the sandals for the marae..... YOU ARE ALL HORRIBLE!! I CANT BELIEVE YOU EVEN HAVE A RATE EXPERIENCE THING HOW EMBARRASSING🙈🙈

I got led lights they broke and they were not sticky
i got ankle braclets they broke straight away and left a big purple mark
i got slime and it was glued shut
I got hairspray it stank so much horrible
Try to get the quality better kmart

I tried to order an air purifier but after I order it my order was cancelled due to no stock. Unhappy.

1 star for the online nz live kmart chat team!! honestly USELESS francis and bernadette you guys SUCK! half an hour these 2 could not help me using the provided email address used in my order i needed to locate my order number.. they were sending me to the finance team because 1 they were probably to lazy to search the system and 2 had no idea what they were doing...5 stars to Brian from the nz kmart call center using the 0800 number. 2minutes and he was able to locate my order. one of the reasons i stopped working at kmart because the kmart team i worked with were useless...sensor light workers. start working when the boss walks past but as soon as the boss or managers gone they sitting on their asses mucking around trying on shoes and crap and putting items where ever! get it with it!

Awful online shopping. I made a payment and I never got an update of the order being processed. At the end of the week, I called customer service and they said the order is still not yet processed and they can't tell what was causing the delay and the only options I had was to just wait with no estimation of when the parcels can be shipped OR to just cancel the order and place a new order for click/collect. Both options were awful because I did not want to start selecting items I had bought again. Really bad online services KMart!!! This was not a good experience at all!

Did an online Kmart shop and had paid to get it delivered. (I am a solo mum and find taking my wee girl rather stressful when needing to do a bigger shop).
I placed the order and was refunded a few hours later due to the ‘items not being in stock’. Was very frustrating as items that weren’t in stock said it on the website but all those items said there was stock…
I went down to my local Kmart (where i had placed the order) because i needed the items as they were for my daughters up coming birthday. Thankfully i found all but one item in store, but like really…. All but one item and my order of 15 items got refunded… did my order just look like it would take too long and they couldn’t be bothered? Seems abit ridiculous considering there was plenty of stock with everything else i had ordered

Have had good experience in stores but terrible delivery experience.

After noting that laundry racks were out of stock at the local kmart, I ordered an item on 26 May and received update 31 May that an tracking number was assigned. It has been 3 weeks and no package received and tracking has no further updates. I called customer support last week, and was told they would follow up after discussing with a manager. I received no follow up. I called again and was told the only thing they could do was cancel the order. In the meantime, i have not been able to do laundry with no means to dry. I noticed the same laundry rack has since been restocked at shops so hoping click and collect goes better.
